You can return your Second Chance product within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it. Did your product break after 30 days? We'll simply offer you the 2 year warranty that you're used to.

You can return your product within 30 days. Returning a product paid for with EcoCheques? We won't refund you in money, but give you shop credit. Use it to purchase the same, or a different, EcoCheque product. Only our Customer Service can redeem shop credit. Contact us if you want to order something, or to redeem the amount.


Did you move, or did you order something that's being sent to the wrong address? Tell us. In case of a move, it's easy to change your address in your My Coolblue account. Did you already place an order? Please inform our customer service. We'll check if we can change the address of the order.


You can easily cancel it in My Coolblue. You can only cancel if your order hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.

Large products We deliver large products up to the threshold that gives access to your home. Isn't that on the ground floor? We'll deliver the product up to the fourth floor if there are stairs. If your building has an elevator, we can reach any floor. We offer an extra connection service for a number of white goods products. The price for this service ranges from € 9.95 to € 29.95.

Pickup in store Unfortunately, you can't pick up your Second Chance product in the store.


A Second Chance product is a product that was returned or exchanged by a customer. We've checked the state of the product ourselves. Can we make you happy with a Second Chance product? You'll get a nice discount.

Ordering a Second Chance product is almost the same as ordering a new product. Ordered today before 23:59, delivered for free tomorrow applies here, too. You get a 2-year warranty and can return your product for free within 30 days.

Delivery via bpost
Did you already receive an email stating that your package will be sent with bpost? Unfortunately, it's too late to change your address. You can still choose to have your package delivered to a bpost point or parcel locker instead of an incorrect address at the last minute. You can do this by adjusting your delivery preferences in your bpost account or via the My bpost app. Note: you can only apply this trick if the postal worker hasn't started his round yet.
