Broken or damaged product

Is your product damaged? We pack up our product was well as possible, but your product may unfortunately get damaged during delivery. We're happy to solve this for you! Fill out the return form within 30 days or return your product at one of our stores. Clearly state that your product was delivered in damaged condition and tell us your preferred solution, so we can do the best we can to help you. Of course, the normal return process applies here. This means that we pick up big or heavy packages, and returns are always free.


What if your product doesn't work the way it should upon delivery? First, we advise you to read the manual again. Maybe you can solve the problem on your own, so you can start using your product right away and won't have to return it. You can download the manual via the product page in most cases. Go to My orders in My Coolblue and select the product.

Can't find a solution? Follow the steps below. Register your product return via the return form within 30 days or go to one of our stores. You can choose a refund or a new product. Please indicate what's wrong with the product, so we can improve our assortment.
