During Customer Service opening hours, you'll receive a shipping label via email within 1 hour after requesting your return. Still didn't receive any shipping labels after that? Please contact our customer service.


Yes, if you send your product within the return window. That way, we might be able to make someone else happy. No longer have the original packaging? No problem, we'll look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on that.


Use sturdy packaging. If you can, use the original packaging. That way, the chances of the product getting damages are less. No longer have the original packaging? No problem, we'll look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on that.

You can ship the product in a Coolblue box or another box that closes well.

All packed up? Print your shipping label or write the freepost and return number on the box. You can find it in the email we sent you.


Yes, that's possible! Read more below:

  • Take your product to one of our stores. You don't have to register your return online beforehand and don't have to print anything either.
  • Do you want to exchange your product? Reserve the new product in advance by ordering it and having it sent to the store. You don't have to pay for a reservation.
  • Would you rather get your money back? Amounts lower than € 30 will be refunded directly in the store. We'll transfer larger amounts to your account within 3 working days.

Write the return number and the return address on a piece of paper and stick it to the box yourself. Use the freepost number or the address on the shipping label for the address. That way, shipping is free.


We'll remove everything from your phone if it's returned. Make sure to save your data before sending it to us.

  • Delete accounts from your device by returning it to the factory settings. You can read how to do this on the information page.
  • Turn off 'Find my iPhone'. Otherwise, we're not allowed to repair your product.
  • Remove your SIM from your smartphone or your SD card from your camera.
