In case of repairs, we often have to remove all data from your device. Make sure you're prepared.

-Create a backup of the data you don't want to lose.

  • Delete accounts from your device by returning it to the factory settings. You can read how to do this on the information page.
  • Turn off 'Find my iPhone'. Otherwise, we're not allowed to repair your product.
  • Remove your SIM from your phone or your SD card from your camera.

That differs per product. You can often find it in the maintenance booklet or the box.


We'll send you your shipping label via email one hour after you've registered your repair. Print it out and stick it on the box. Don't have a printer? Write the return and freepost number on the box.


Use a sturdy box. This doesn't have to be the original packaging. You can often get a free box at the supermarket, or buy a box at the post office.

Print your shipping label or write the freepost and return number on the box. You can find them in the email that you've received from us.


No, it's free. You can put the product in its original packaging and ship it in a Coolblue box or another box that closes well. Print the shipping label in your email and stick it on the box. Don't have a printer? Write the return number and the freepost number on the box. Take the box to a post office in your area or one of our stores.


  • Take your product to one of our stores. You don't have to register your return online beforehand and don't have to print anything either.

  • Want your money back? We can pay back amounts under € 30 in the store right away. Larger amounts will be refunded within 3 working days.

  • Want to exchange your product? Make sure to reserve your product by ordering it and having it shipped to the store. You won't have to pay for the reservation.
