Make your choice within 14 days. Didn't make a choice? We'll assume that you're renouncing your product. In that case, your product will be destroyed in an environmentally-friendly way.
If your product breaks within the warranty period and it's a manufacturing defect, the repairs are completely free. Even if the defect is your own fault, we can help you. You'll have to pay in that case, though. We can't indicate the costs in advance. We'll examine your product, make a quote, and wait for your decision before we start the repair.

No, it's free. You can put the product in its original packaging and ship it in a Coolblue box or another box that closes well. Print the shipping label in your email and stick it on the box. Don't have a printer? Write the return number and the freepost number on the box. Take the box to a post office or parcel locker in your area or one of our stores.
