We'll solve it for you, of course. Fill out the return form within 30 days. You can indicate that you want a replacement product. You can also return your product in one of our stores. Make sure to indicate that your product was delivered damaged and what your desired solution is.

We'll pick up large and heavy products. Returns are free in all cases.


If your product no longer works properly due to how you used it. If you spill coffee over your laptop, causing a black screen, for example. If you want to have user damage repaired, you'll have to pay for this. We'll examine your product and make a quote. You can then choose whether you want it repaired or not.

Yes. Register your smartphone or tablet. Send your device to us or visit one of our stores. We'll promise you:

  • a 12-month warranty on the repair.
  • we won't charge research costs.
  • you'll get your product back within 48 hours of us receiving it if you register online.
  • your product will be repaired within 2 hours in one of our stores.
  • set prices. That way, you won't be confronted with surprises.

You'll have a warranty of at least 2 years on manufacturing defects. Your product shouldn't break during normal use during the first 2 years. If this does happen, we'll repair or replace your product free of charge.

__ Do you want to return your product or have it repaired? __ You can easily and quickly do so via the online return form.


Yes, you can drop off your product in one of our stores. You don't have to register your repair in advance and don't have to print anything. We'll first try to find a solution for the defect ourselves and if that doesn't work, we'll send your product to be repaired.

Of course, you can always return your package via Bpost points that are open.


That isn't possible. In order to ensure that we can identify the defect, we must be able to check the entire product.

Go to the product page of your product. Under the specifications, you can find out more about the term and type of warranty. We have two types of warranty:

  • __Carry-in.__We ask you to send us your broken product. After that, your product will be repaired by the repair service appointed by the supplier or manufacturer.
  • __On-site service.__In the case of larger product, the repair service of the manufacturer will come by your house.

__ Do you want to return your product or have it repaired? __ This can be done easily and quickly via the online return form.


You can turn to us for your repair both inside and outside the factory warranty. Once your warranty expires, you have to pay for the repair.

  • Did your product break within 30 days of purchase? You can get a refund or exchange your product for a new one;
  • Did your product break after 30 days with normal use and within the warranty period? In that case, it's a manufacturing defect and the repair is completely free of charge.
  • You can also ask us to repair products outside the factory warranty. You'll have to pay for those repairs, though. We'll examine your product and make a quote. Based on that, you can choose whether you want your product repaired or not.
