Pros and cons

According to our Doorbell expert
  • Pros:
Take the receiver to an area where it's difficult to hear your front door bell, such as the attic or garden.
  • Pros:
    Set your own doorbell melody.
  • Pros:
Thanks to the light flashes, this doorbell is not only audible, but also visible.
  • Con:
The doorbell button is not equipped with a name plate, so that visitors don't directly see who they are standing in front of the door.
Product Expert doorbells

The Honeywell DC515NHGP2 is a complete doorbell set. The set consists of a wireless, portable receiver, plug-in receiver, and doorknob. The plug-in receiver is plugged into a power outlet and the wireless, portable receiver can be taken anywhere in the house (and garden). That way, you'll never miss a visitor again. The only thing you have to take into account is the range between the doorknob and receivers, which extends of up to 150 meters. With a maximum noise level of 84 decibels and 6 adjustable melodies, you can set up the receiver according to your own wishes. When you'd rather not be disturbed, set the receiver to sleep. This causes the sound to mute. When someone is at the door, the LED lighting comes on. The light is also useful as a night light.
