  It was not easy to install because I had an "old school" non-thermostatic valves, and had to replace them first which costed some money

  Good product but lacks child lock which is quite annoying.

  This is a great product, but it lacks the most basic feature for a smart home product: CHILD LOCK.
  
  If you have a small child or maybe a very curious pet, be aware that you will have problems with them just ramp up the temperature to 25ºC and cook everyone in the room (or dropping to 5ºC and sing "let it go"). This can pose a danger as can cause radiator burns. So keep this in mind.
  
  The tip for a workaround this is set the manual change of a radiator to 1 min, so any change that your kid or pet do manually rotating the thermostat will only take place for 1 min then go back to the previous setting. But still far from ideal as this feature should be something basic and simple in a smart home product. I had to tape my radiator knob to workaround this efficiently to avoid my boiler turn on and off too frequently.
  
  You can see users asking for this feature since 2018 on the internet and TADO seems to ignore them giving the same pre-made answers.

    Makes some noise when turning on or off. Not much, but for sensitive people this might not be nice in the bedroom

  It’s very easy to install, instructions step by step in app. Works right out of the box (make sure you have a tado bridge already installed) Automate your routine and have comfortable temperatures always.

  Great cool blu next day delivery, easy to install, unfortunately one of the thermostats had flat batteries straight from the box, but easy to change and get up and running
