Pros and cons

According to our pan expert
  • The pan has 2 handles, so you can move the pan safely and easily. With the glass lid you can cook food slowly and keep an eye on the cooking process without losing heat. The GreenPan pan is sustainably produced and has a strong ceramic non-stick coating, so the pan will last longer.
  • Aluminum conducts heat less well, so it takes a while before the pan is ready for use.

"good skillet"

  • Pros:
    true non-stick
  • Con:
no steam hole to let go some steam while cooking.

The skillet is true non-stick (for now at least), but one downside, it doesn't have a steam hole in the lid to let off steam, so that's a bit annoying when you cook/take the led off while cooking.
