Pros and cons

According to our Freestanding cooktop expert
  • When you're done cooking, you can see how much energy you've used at a glance.
  • Use the flexible cooking zones as a single big zone or 2 separate zones.
  • With the temperature control, you prepare tender and juicy meat.
  • The cooktop doesn't feature a keep-warm function to keep your dish warm.
Product Expert Freestanding cooktops

Description

With the Bosch PVQ775FC5E built-in induction cooktop you prepare a deliciously tender stake or salmon. The PerfectFry temperature control continuously measures the temperature in the pan and keeps it constant. This way, your dish won't burn. You can choose from 4 power settings. With the MoveMode, you get automatic settings at the front and back of the cooktop. You put your pan of ratatouille at the front of the cooktop to fry the onion and at the back of the cooktop to heat up the sauce. Use the large cooking zone for your roasting tray or grill plate, so you leave more room for rectangular pans. And when you're done cooking, you save the settings with the memory function. You can also easily see how much energy you've used.Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.
