With the SMEG ECF02CREU Cream, you can make espressos in no time. You don't have to deal with many settings. You can brew 1 or 2 espressos at the same time. Solid device but not really satisfied with the end result for use with ESE pads. During use only a very sparse cream layer can be found. Previously also had an older device Gaggia Viva Prestige with also a better result. Exchanged with a similar device but another manufacturer where use with ESE servings was completely to our liking. We cannot confirm whether this problem would be an isolated case. (It was a 2nd chance device...) Exchange procedure via Coolblue no problem at all.
