Stays cool under heavy load
The GTX 1060 6GB is a good middle ground between the less expensive 1050Ti and the 1070. With the recent Ethereum mining craze still keeping GPU prices up, the 1060 6GB offers very good value for money.
The MSI build is decent, it is a bit heavy so without a backplate it bends/sags a bit after installation, but it's nothing to worry about. It runs pretty cool at ~65 degrees Celsius under heavy load (playing Doom 2016 or Dishonored 2 at high/very high details). It's also pretty silent (I get the feeling my PSU is louder than this GPU), but both the temperature and noise will depend on your specific PC build. It's also a bit of a power hog (needs an 8-pin connector for power), so if you're coming from a lower end GPU, make sure your PSU can support this card.
I'm really satisfied with the performance right now and I hope it will also do well in terms of longevity.
