easy installation, drivers and software pushed directly from the printer ROM, no need for the cd. once the correct paper format was set, the prints became very solid and clear. very fast response time, no overheating, the paper jam ratio is very small, around 3% which i consider very normal, and the jammed paper is easily removed and is always jammed under the toner. i print mostly C6 envelopes, but sadly, in the printer settings, i did not find that format, so i m using DL envelop, which causes me to have to change the paper loading method every time i open the word document to print them. also, the printer tray of the envelopes has a hard time sliding the envelopes in if they are put in sideways, so have to put them head in , so i cant print DL envelopes because they become too wide if inserted that way.. i think if they improve the loading wheel of the envelop, the problem would be solved. otherwise, i'm very happy with the product, and the toner price is very cheap for the paper quantity it prints. i recommend buying the XL toner, because it s way cheaper than the regular size one considering how many more prints it can deliver.
