FAQ delivery and pickup

Track your order by using the Track & Trace code in your confirmation email. Did you receive a shipping confirmation, but is your Track and Trace code not working? It usually only works on the day your order is going to be delivered. Is the code still not working on that day? It's best to contact our customer service.


Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to receive your package today.


Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home. All deliveries are now contactless and we bring your order to your front door. Due to Black Friday, delays can occur at bpost and PostNL.


Check the following:

1. The Track & Trace code of the package_ You can find it in the shipping confirmation. Make sure the time slot of the delivery hasn't changed.

2. The delivery address Is the address you entered correct? Check the postal code as well.

3. The mailbox Did you receive a notification from one of our delivery partners (Bpost, Post NL of Dynalogic)? You can find out where your package is on there.

4. Your email Due to the large amount of traffic at bpost, your package may arrive a little later than usual. We will keep you informed of any delays by email.

Is this all correct, but you still haven't received a package? Please wait a little longer. A delayed package is almost always delivered within 5 days. Still haven't received your package 5 days after your original delivery date? Please contact our Customer Service.


Yes, that's an option for __ large products__, such as washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, televisions, trampolines, and large fitness equipment. You can choose a 4-hour time slot when you order. That way, you don't have to stay home all day.


Yes. We keep 1.5 meters away and our delivery drivers sign for delivery themselves.

Small products
If you ordered a small package, the delivery driver will put the package in front of the door as soon as you open it.

Large products
We'll deliver your large products to just over the threshold of your home. We'll only take your old product with you when it's ready at the threshold.

Products with additional connection services
For some products, we offer additional connection services. Extra hygienic measures apply to ensure safe delivery. We'll explain this in videos:


It's a bummer that your package is delayed. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace, you'll always find the most up-to-date delivery information. Usually, they arrive the next day. Didn't receive your package 5 days after your original delivery day? Please contact our Customer Service.


If you order before 23:59, your package will be delivered the next day, for free. In Flanders and Brussels, we even deliver on Sunday. Do you live in Wallonia? We'll deliver orders placed on Saturday and Sunday on Monday. We deliver between 7:30 and 22:00. The morning of your delivery day, you'll receive an email with a time slot.


Wait a little longer. Your order will probably be delivered in several packages and one has been delayed at bpost. You can check this at the bottom of your Track & Trace page on the PostNL website. There, you can see the status of all your packages.

Was part of your order delivered via CoolblueBezorgt or CoolblueFietst? Or are you missing part of your product? Please contact our customer service.


Yes. If the product is in stock, you can pick up your product at one of our stores the same day. You can select a pickup location in the shopping cart.

Is the product out of stock in the store? You can order it and pick it up the next day. You have to pay in advance, so you can pick up your order even faster.

Someone else can also pick up your order for you if they bring the pickup confirmation.
