Payment options

At Coolblue, you pay online or in the store. 

Online
Online, you can pay with:

• Bancontact
• Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• ecocheques (only for our environmentally-friendly products)
• Coolblue gift cards
• Or select "Pay in the store" when you're going to pick up your order in one of our stores.

In the store
In the store, you pay with:

• Bancontact
• Credit card (Visa of Mastercard)
• Cash (up to € 2999)
• Apple Pay
• ecocheques (only for our environmentally-friendly products)
• Coolblue gift cards

You can't pay your order in installments or at your door in case of delivery.

It might happen that the one-time code doesn't work for some reason. You can request a new code via the Click to Pay payment block in the checkout. The one-time code will be sent as SMS to your phone number and as email to your email address. Doesn't it work? Enter your credit card information manually or try again later.

Paying with Click to Pay is easy and safe. When you pay, choose credit card as payment method. If you have a verified Click to Pay account, the Click to Pay payment block automatically appears. We'll send you a one-time code via email and/or phone if you use Click to Pay for the first time. Your card information won't be shared with the webshop directly, which makes fraud harder and shopping safer.

Don't have a Click to Pay account? You can first create an account via the website from your card provider (at Coolblue, we support payments via Mastercard or Visa). You can always choose to enter your credit card manually or use a different Click to Pay account.

No, it's not possible to pay afterward (via Klarna, for example). You can defer your payment by paying with a credit card, because the debit happens later.

Did you choose to pay via bank transfer? You can transfer the money to our bank account: BE07310160125666. Always mention your order number with your payment.

You can use Apple Pay to quickly, safely, and easily pay with Coolblue, both online and in our stores.

Are you paying online or in the app? Make sure that Apple Pay is set up on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or MacBook. When you pay, choose Apple Pay. Confirm the payment with Face ID, Touch ID, or your unlock code. This way, your order will be finished right away and you have your blue package in your hands faster. Note: you can't pay with Apple Pay via a different phone than an iPhone.

Are you paying in one of our stores? Hold your iPhone (from iPhone 6) or Apple Watch (from Series 4) near the card reader. Confirm the payment via Face ID, Touch ID, or your unlock code. There's no hassle anymore with bank cards or card readers. The payment is done in a few seconds.

Yes, you can pay in cash if you place your order in our store. This is possible up to a limit of € 2999. You can reserve a product online and pay in the store or visit us to place your order. You can find the addresses and opening hours of all our stores here. We don't accept cash payments at the door or at the post office.

No it's not possible to order products with 0% VAT. If you place a business order at Coolblue, you'll always receive a Belgian invoice and you can reclaim the VAT you pay via the VAT return. Just like your other business purchases.

This is possible online and in our Coolblue stores.

Online Online, you can pay with all EcoCheque providers (Edenred, Monizze, and Pluxee). Place an EcoCheque product in your shopping cart. Choose 'EcoCheques' in the payment step and finish the payment via the website of the EcoCheque provider. Is there a remaining balance after you've used your EcoCheques? You'll automatically return to the payment step to finish your order with another payment method.

In the store In the store, we accept all EcoCheque providers (Edenred, Monizze, and Pluxee). Bring your EcoCheques to one of our Coolblue stores. An employee will be happy to help you there.

This is possible in all our stores or various eco-friendly products. Reserve your product online and choose "pay in store", or visit a store to place your order. It's not possible to use your purchasing power premium online.

You can recognize products that you can buy with ecocheques by the "eco label" with a green leaf. Online. you can see the label on the product page under the green shopping cart button or in the table with product specifications. In the store, this label is on the card with the product information. You can find all eco products on our ecocheque page or in the Second Chance assortment. In addition, you can pay your Samsung or Huawei repairs for phones and tablets with ecocheques.
