The lightweight wok from Cadac is made of carbon steel. You use the wok directly on high heat. In addition, your stir fry meal is even faster prepared by the bevelled walls. This ensures that food can easily be turned over and nothing falls next to the pan. The wok does not have a non-stick coating, so it must be used at very high temperatures with continuous scooping to prevent caking. The handle is made of solid stainless steel.
