I had bought it to cut the frozen food (into rolls) for my cat, but it doesn't work at all, one barely gets into the frozen meat and if you try for longer, the meat shatters and everything on the kitchen table is full. then I put the frozen meat in the fridge for a few hours so that it has softened a bit and then tried with the other knife (normal for non-frozen things) and then they get through. I do not understand that the manufacturer sells this to cut frozen products, because frozen where you can not cut with it!!!!
