This allows you to observe subjects when there is no natural light source. The night vision monocular has a first-generation image intensifier tube with a relatively high magnification factor of 5. You can use this image intensifier tube observe buildings or boats, for example. The 1/4-inch tripod mount allows you to place the night vision monocular on a tripod. The design is splash, shock, and dustproof, so you can even take the monocular with you in bad weather conditions.
