I'm actually writing this review for Coolblue itself and not for the batteries.
Our Neato XV-15 always gave a battery error, according to Neato it was not the batteries but the device itself. Neato didn't want to do anything unfortunately. Our Neato was exchanged 2 years ago for the same problems.
In terms of suction, it is the best of its kind, but the batteries are a big minus.
Because we bought new batteries from Coolblue last year and they were no longer usable, we asked Coolblue to see if there was a warranty on it. Indeed just a 2 year warranty, we had to send the old one back and after some time we would get a new one.
Neato didn't want to help, Coolblue did.
We already had the new batteries at home after 4 days and our Neato drives happily through our house again, he can now work for at least an hour and a half without recharging, so perfect.
