The Milan 3D collection by GreenPan was designed with a varied kitchen in mind. Both the shape of the pan and the non-stick coating are adapted to the product and its preparation method. Ribbed, with recesses, or smooth: every surface guarantees an optimal distribution of fat and ensures a better result. This frying pan has a smooth surface for preparing omelets and pancakes. The GreenPan has an ergonomic handle that doesn't get hot and ensures a good grip. The ceramic coating doesn't emit any toxic substances, even when heated above 260°C, and doesn't peel. GreenPan processes used materials to the fullest in new products to prevent waste and to save the earth. The GreenPan Milan 3D Frying Pan has a diameter of 24cm.
Note: ceramic pans are resistant to high temperatures but should be used on moderate heat to minimize the chance of food sticking.
