I've had this Quietcomfort 20i for over half a year and I regret not buying it sooner. I fly there a lot and have had the big brother the Quietcomfort 15 for some years now. On the advice of a colleague, I also bought the 20i, especially for shorter flights. I am completely surprised at the quality and capabilities of these 'ears'. The QC15 also stays at home for intercontinental flights, only the QC20i is still with me (save a lot of space in my bag.

The battery is quickly and easily rechargeable and lasts much longer than the stated 16 hours. Getting used to the (for me) strange shape of the earphones only took a short time, the fit is many times better than the standard iPhone earphones. What is very pleasant is the fact that you have the option to hear some ambient noise: no more 'playbacking flight attendants' :) Furthermore, you can see and notice that every part has really been thought through (a USB charging cable of 3 cm for example) to make use and comfort as optimal as possible.
