Nice thermostat. Turning the ring feels very solid. The screen is beautifully bright and clear. The app is also very intuitive, you are used to that.
I hung the thermostat on a standard wall socket in the wall where the wires from the boiler come out. The Nest is the same size as a wall socket, so it just doesn't close nicely. Your only option if you don't want to look at the crumbling edges of the stucco; use the supplied back plate. The thermostat is connected to my Nefit Topline CV through an Opentherm converter. The heating functions work well. The hot water supply is minimal. I can only set the hot water temperature on the Nest, no further settings are possible.
