A nice compact device with two wake-up options, a not too large display (so not that you have a sunbed next to your bed) that could also be dimmed and for a reasonable price. I also liked the built-in battery and the fact that you don't actually have to set the time yourself.
The packaging of the device is fine. Not too much fuss, not too much superfluous packaging. The operation is very intuitive, ie easy to understand for people who know nothing about electronics. It is plugged in and it is ready to use. Setting the alarm times is also fine, which was one of the most important points for me.
However, there are also disadvantages (and although they take up more space than the advantages, the disadvantages do not outweigh the many advantages). For example, the snooze button - if the alarm clock does not go off - is used to dim the display. Normally you also use it to turn off the sleep timer. However, if you now want to turn off the sleep timer, you have to press a small button that you don't find so easy with a tired head.
And then I come to a second disadvantage: the size of the buttons. Given the design, you could know in advance that the buttons can't be too big, but they are sometimes very small. The rotary knobs for volume and frequency tuning are also located quite deep in the device, making operation a little less easy. The frequency also jumps very quickly, so you quickly have some noise on the line. I also find it a bit strange that there is only a speaker on one side: the easiest thing is that the speaker is on your bed side, but if you sleep on the left side of the bed, you are out of luck (even if the volume is loud enough ).
