I've been scouting all my life and use (almost) everything with a hiking bag.

The Nomad Explorer 65 is a design that is not easy to see, which can be a plus. The bag actually contains everything someone may need, spacious compartments, drinking bag compartment, rain cover. A big plus for me is that the bag can be adjusted or tightened at any point. Another big plus is that the top compartment is completely removable, the entire front can also be unzipped.... never lose a full arm in the bag again.

Furthermore, the ventilation behind the back could have been a little better, but you only notice this with longer hikes.

A few gray area points are the mesh pockets on the inside and the fact that the bag is 1 large compartment and does not contain a bottom compartment.
