The KeyMission is very sturdy and can definitely take a beating, but I don't think it is suitable for putting on a helmet for, for example, recording snowboarding/skiing. It is quite large on the supplied tripod and I think that it could come off quickly after a fall. In addition, there is no bag where you can store your camera, especially with the extra underwater lens this was difficult as I don't want damage to it.

Another downside is the battery life, if I don't use my KeyMission for a day, for example, the battery is empty when I do use it again. I don't know if this is my device or all devices. An extra battery is also not the cheapest. Since I'm not a camera expert, I had some trouble with all the options and buttons in the beginning. The manual does not say anything about this, for example how to film in slow motion or how to make a timelapse. But I've learned that while doing it.

All in all, the KeyMission is really an excellent actioncam for both above and underwater. You get value for money.
