According to our record player expert
Get those old records from the attic because the Muse MT-101 will breathe new life into them. The belt-drive record player plays records at 33 1/3, 45, and 78RPM. You can also digitize your records with the MT-101 using a USB flash drive. Did you play all your records? Play music from your smartphone, tablet, or MP3 player via an audio cable. Thanks to the integrated speakers, you'll also enjoy your records without an amplifier. Use the handle to take the MT-101 with you everywhere you go.

I've wanted to buy a record player for a while, and got this one for my birthday. In the box you will find the record player itself, a needle guard, an extra needle, a small manual and of course an adapter. I'm glad this thing doesn't run on batteries as that would negatively affect the quality.
The record player is in suitcase format, is light and convenient to transport. Open it and you will find the turntable and all accessories. On the right are navigation buttons for using the speakers via USB.
The sound is generally good, but I noticed right away that the bass doesn't jump right out of the music. Some records (especially techno records) therefore sound a bit thin. This is not noticeable in jazz and rock, and also during USB playback this seems to be reduced to a minimum. After listening for a while you get used to it and you don't notice it so much anymore.
I also ask myself questions about the durability of the exterior. It feels as if the frame of the case is made of wood and then covered with a kind of leather-imitating plastic. It looks nice, but think that after a few transports the casing won't keep this condition for long. For me that's perfect, because the intention is to leave it on the cupboard here at home.
This record player also has the function to transfer your records to MP3 via USB. In any case, you should NOT buy it for this: the quality of the MP3s is downright bad and can be compared with a recording via a mobile phone from 7 years ago.
In short: this record player is definitely worth its money, but if you are looking for a copy that digitizes your records, I would opt for a more expensive model.

Actually it was meant for the daughter but she had already received it from friends for her birthday. Is that mommy lucky? Nostalgia. Beautiful sound.
