Wagner W 590 Flexio

I have used it to whitewash masonry walls with latex. It really didn't work the 1st time. After some fiddling and tweaking, it worked reasonably well. Main points of attention for the latex:

• dilute really well (first in the bucket, then in the reservoir with the yellow attachment)
• tape really well on all sides, spray will pass at least 10 cm where you want to spray
• once you start spraying you don't have to stop until the reservoir is empty (or your wall is ready) because then the paint comes out of the sprayer, runs out over the reservoir and clogs the spray holes.
• Clean thoroughly after use and rinse with water to prevent blockages.
• if you spray white over white you don't see where you are, you really have to work by feeling but first you have to gain experience how fast you have to move and how you hit everything. Otherwise you will quickly spray on too much paint with the risk of drips and excessive consumption.
• extension cord; the cord on the device is a bit short, so think of an extension cord.

All in all.. if you have a fair amount of surface and paint in a different color than the substrate and you dilute it well and tape it well, you can make meters. Then there is only the weight of the device, I am big and fairly strong, but if you stand with those few kilos (device + paint) in your claws for a while, it becomes heavy.

Purchased because of very rough walls. Masking takes a lot of time, because you actually have to tape everything in your house. But once you're at it, the Wagner 570 flexio is highly recommended!!

Used to whiten a large office. It is ideal for that; if you don't have to tape too much, have large surfaces and just have to ram through. I put the system on a shelf with wheels, bucket of latex next to it and you never really have to stop. But, after six or seven intensive uses, it was ready. You can flush it all you want, at some point it piles up so much that it all sputters and rumbles. I can't really clean it before use anymore and throw it away, but it saved me a lot of time and was worth it.
