The NordicTrack S22i is a professional fitness bike that offers an almost unlimited amount of indoor training options. The handlebars of the machine have speakers, a fan, and a 22-inch touchscreen. This extra large screen makes your interactive workout with iFit or Google Maps routes even more lively. You can also stream live workouts where your digital instructor adjusts the resistance and incline of your spin bike. This incline ranges from -10% to 20%. The screen displays your training data in clear graphs. Since the screen is pivotable, you can also use it for a boot camp or yoga session. The S22i has 2 bottle cages and is suitable for road bike saddles and pedals. That means you can also use it for indoor cycling training. The bike includes 2 dumbbells, so you can train your arms and shoulders at the same time. You need a subscription for iFit.
