Hyperice Hypervolt Case

The hypervolt is a great device to use before or after exercise. You can 'release' painful areas with it. However, you need some knowledge because you can't just use it in every place. You also have to look for which cup you use the best. You can go too hard on a certain muscle, which sometimes makes you suffer even more afterwards. I used it intensively on my calf and I was stiff for 2 days afterwards. On the other calf I used it less intensively because it was a bit more sensitive. I was not bothered by this afterwards. In other words you have to be careful with the intensity, you go too hard on 1 specific muscle. It is also difficult to use the device on others because you do not know how hard it feels to them. Best to operate by feel, the pressure indicator gives an idea but is not very accurate. The different heads are very convenient to use in different places. The different speeds are also useful but usually I use it on the fastest setting, this works best for me, for others the slower setting might be better.
