With the Solis VertiVac 5704, you can vacuum dry and wet ingredients in no time. This way, you keep your food fresh for longer or you can marinate pieces of meat, for example. The vacuum sealer can be used with foil, vacuum bags, or a vacuum sealing hose. You can choose from 2 settings. Use the pulse setting to vacuum delicate ingredients like fish and soft fruit. With the pulse setting, you select a lower pressure and keep ingredients from getting damaged by a pressure that is too high. The other setting is for hard ingredients, such as cheese and hard vegetables.
