Installation was easy, both on smartphone and on laptop. printer or app tells you what to do, it does take a few minutes. It has a sleek shape, which I personally think is a plus; Duplex printing is without problems or smudges. I find the function that you can e-mail to the printer very useful and I use it regularly. scanning documents is a bit slower, since you have to put each paper on the printer yourself, but you know that in advance with this model. It also tends to slow down if you pass multiple print jobs at the same time. (But that is easy to solve of course.) Good value for money!
