Waterrower SmartRow

If you want to have insight into your results during and after a tough rowing workout, use the WaterRower Smartrow. Attach the pulley to your wooden WaterRower rowing trainer and connect your phone or tablet via Bluetooth. In the SmartRow app, you'll see how fast you row, how much power you provide, how many calories you've burned, and how many strokes you make per minute. Afterwards, you can view and compare all your previous workouts. That's useful, because you see that you're getting better that way. Feel like some competition? Use the app to challenge other users to a race.
