The ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (Wi-Fi) is in my opinion one of the better motherboards based on the X570 chipset. If you own a third-generation AMD Ryzen processor, this motherboard is a great fit. It's a motherboard with great performance, beautiful design, and premium build quality. The Crosshair VIII Hero is also one of the most versatile motherboards in terms of connectivity and storage options. An extra M.2 lock would have been nice, especially considering the price, but for now two M.2 locks are sufficient for me. The price is also what initially kept me from buying the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (Wi-Fi). There are motherboards with comparable specifications for a much more affordable price. Despite the hefty price tag, I don't regret it so far.
