It is a very fine blender, which only makes a lot of noise with hard pieces of frozen fruit. The handy portable cup is ideal and leak-proof, which I find a plus, especially on the motorcycle. The only downside I have found is the fact that there is no cover for the knives. When I am using the bottle, the blades are in principle unattended near or on the device. Not handy with small children at home (I'm no longer happy) or with pets that jump on the counter (I don't have those either). In addition, I have focused on purchasing a second cup for my husband, and have found these to be quite expensive. They cost around 25 euros, so I've now decided to fill the cup, make it and then move it into leak-proof cups, so at least we can both take some with us. This makes the large cup available to keep the knives secured in the kitchen. Win-win situation, but not the desired situation for us. In terms of performance, we have nothing to complain about.
