Disappointing

Beautiful design in combination. with the same dryer

I have all Bosch kitchen appliances and am very satisfied with them. That's why I bought this Bosch washing machine after years of using AEG. However, I am not at all satisfied with the quality delivered. This device has various programs, but from this brand and especially for this price I expected it to be a bit more ingenious/digital (I had it at AEG years ago). Biggest negatives for me are:

The shortened programs. There are various quick programs, which in itself is very useful if you want to quickly wash something to freshen up or for a small load of laundry. However, this does not provide any added value. If I do laundry on a normal program it takes about 1 hour, if I use the shortened button it also takes 1 hour (digitally it gives a program duration at the start of 45 minutes). If I choose a quick program, it is indicated at the start as 35 minutes, but the program lasts almost 1 hour!!!! This is not convenient, for example if you want to quickly do some laundry before going to work, then it is simply not ready, not to mention the extra costs in water and energy.
Centrifuge. The laundry is always very wet at speed 1400. In the shortened program it seems that it has not spun at all, the laundry is soaked. This means that I now spin every load twice as standard, so it really can't go into the dryer or into the clothes rack. This is absolutely not economical. So no more Bosch washing machine for me. AEG is cheaper, more user-friendly and gave by far a better washing result!

I wanted to report this as a complaint to Coolblue, I had also taken out extra insurance, but you have to enter a serial number that is on the bottom of the device! A very heavy device with a dryer on top. There is no need to take a look at the bottom. Tip for the manufacturer: simply put these numbers in the door or state them on the invoice!
