Privately I use the Neomounts FPMA-D550DBLACK monitor arm for 2 Dell 27 inch monitors and in comparison the arms of this ACT AC8326 are a lot more solid: they absolutely do not sag and have no play. The pivot points of the arms are covered with plastic caps, giving the whole a sleek, finished look. I think the downside is that the mounting point of the monitor has some slack.
