Sturdy headphones with good sound quality and noise canceling (not audiophile but just good). But very painful for me for a long time because the ear cups are way too small (or my ears are so big) and the headphones push hard. After 10 minutes I can already feel the blood beating, after an hour of meeting my ears are sore. Now have the Sony WH-CH720N, same price but larger earcups, lighter and more comfortable. Noise cancellation seems slightly less, probably because the ear cups are not pressed so hard.
