You can prune medium-sized to large hedges and branches up to 15mm thick. With the long 52mm blade, you can finish quickly. You can also comfortably hold the hedge trimmer with 2 hand thanks to the extra handle. That way, you have a firm grip and you can prune with control. The DUH523Z incl. 5.0Ah battery and charger goes with the Makita LXT 18V battery platform. You can also use the batteries for other (garden)tools of the same platform.
