eufy Video Doorbell C31 + SD Card

If you only use the Apple platform this is a nice and usable product. We have both Apple and Android devices here. Because the Eufy Android app does not work with the C31 it is not usable here and has therefore been returned. The Eufy helpdesk in the UK cannot help us with this problem. Too bad. Now bought a TP-Link Tapo doorbell and it works fine with the iPhone and Android app. Very happy with it.

Bought the C31 video doorbell because it doesn't need a Homebase, but can function on the WiFi network. It can also be connected to an existing bell system, which also charges the internal battery. But it hasn't gotten that far yet. The C31 works well with the Eufy security app for iPhone, but the Android app keeps generating errors on various phones and Chromebooks, making the video doorbell unusable on that platform. The nearest helpdesk is in Germany or the UK. But no one there knows how to solve the problem either. There are still a few days to go to wait for a possible solution. If that doesn't come, it will unfortunately have to be returned to Coolblue as unusable. If a solution to the problem comes, I will immediately adjust this review.

Second attempt with Eufy, app and communication make for unreliable functionality; returned Eufy helpdesk is worthless
