You can mix soft ingredients easily and for a longer time. With the 10 different modes, you can adjust the speed accurately to your preparation. For example, you can set it to a high speed for tomato soup and a low speed for a coarse pesto. In the included measuring cup, you can measure fluids easily and puree small amounts. This way, you can prepare exactly enough. The stainless steel immersion blender foot is very sturdy and last a long time. This also means that it doesn't absorb odors, colors, and flavors
