First NETGEAR Nighthawk M3 was delivered in an opened box! The installation did not work but we thought this was due to the fact that it had already been installed by the previous buyer. Returned and a new one was delivered to us the next day in a closed box. But again the installation did not work because the link did not open. Drove back to Coolblue Brugge where Jonas did his utmost to solve this problem but to no avail. Error message about data SIM card remained, contacted the service provider several times but everything was ok. So we had the device returned. In the meantime, purchased another MiFi that installed in no time. The error message turned out to be unjustified and the problem was indeed with the NETGEAR Nighthawk M3. It cost us a lot of time and energy to drive to the Telenet store, call and drive to the Coolblue store twice. NOT to be repeated!
