First order a sizing kit before you order an Oura Ring 4. That way, you buy the right size right away. An Oura Ring size is different from your regular ring size. You'll receive the € 10 purchase price as a credit. You can use this credit when you buy an Oura Ring 4 at Coolblue.

Learn all about your health and measure your daily activity with the Oura Ring 4 Size 15 Matte Silver. With this light titanium ring, you gain insight into your sleep, your heart condition, and your stress level. You can also keep track of all your workouts and women can gain insight into their menstrual cycle. You wear this activity tracker around your finger. That way, you have enough space around your wrist for a regular, classic watch. You also receive tips based on your data. A breathing exercise when you're stress levels are high, for example. The Oura Ring 4 is sweat-proof and water-resistant. This means you can keep it on while exercising and when you're in the shower. With a full battery, this smart ring lasts 5 to 8 days.
