The product page did not mention this, but my device came with 1 month of included Xbox Game Pass.
The quality of the build is excellent, very sturdy and resistant. The speakers are amazing. After updating everything, I never get stuttering on games.
It comes with a very good charger that I have been using on other devices too.
The screen is not OLED, but is very very good. Some folks have also shared a few tweaks to contrast and other things that make it look like OLED. On minimum brightness, I was able to play nonstop on a 13 hours flight and still had battery left (mostly indie games). Still, with low brightness you can easily get 5+ hours even on heavier games.
The buttons are a bit loud, but the device itself is suuuper silent. I never hear a single fan, and the device is never warm.
Windows is awful, but the new Xbox Fullscreen Experience improves it a lot. MSI Center and Xbox game bar are also kind of bad, but the newest updates also improved them a lot. Now they are much more responsive and you don't have to keep pressing the buttons until they finally show up or go away. The Game Bar becomes very useful now that it actually works well.
The Xbox app recognizes games from other platforms, like Steam, but switching between them is NOT very smooth when using the Xbox Fullscreen Experience (because you have to switch to regular Windows first).
The device can hibernate in the middle of a game, and it comes right back to the same state when you turn it on again, and it works very smoothly.
The first time, Windows will take ages to set up and you will wonder if you should hard reset/restart the device multiple times, because it will seem stuck for a long time.
After that pain, it becomes very easy to use the device, specially if you are already used to Windows.
Uninstall all the bloat software like Office, Onedrive, and other random things Microsoft wants you to use, and you will have a much better time.
Now I have been using it not only for gaming, but also as an extension to my TV to stream shows while connected to a VPN.
It's not the cheapest handheld and I was questioning whether to buy it or not, but it's the best thing I have bought in many years and I am just as happy now as the day it arrived.
