Received the optigrill last week and tried it out this weekend. It is first a bit of searching for what it all means, especially because there are so many options. We started grilling chicken breasts. The menu used chicken, with 15 minutes the preheating was done. Chicken on it and then wait. The chicken was frozen but you can also choose this option in the menu. The great thing about this device is that you don't have to turn the meat or fish in this case. The display shows how far along the baking process is. I was very curious. Chicken removed and of course tasted right away. The chicken was delicious, well warm, not dry, just very tasty.
The next day, tried panini. That also went very well, there is also a menu for this, so you can press it, wait until the preheating is ready, put a panini on it (with cheese, ham, pizza gunk on it) and this one was ready quickly (about 10 minutes) too delicious and not dry. We also baked cake with it. We have purchased the Baking XL accessories for this. Delicious cake turned out and the visitors were very satisfied.
Then comes the cleaning of the grill plates, which I usually dread. This was also super easy, you click off the grill plates and put it in the dishwasher. or just under the tap was also super easy. So far very well liked.
