The Insta360 GO 3S is a versatile action camera with which I make sharp videos. It has good image stabilization and many setting options. Unfortunately, I do not put a memory card in the camera to expand the memory.

Unique design The Insta360 GO 3S looks like a real action camera, but it has some different functions. There is a separate camera module on the front, which I can remove. I think the module is firmly attached. I am not afraid that the module will just fall out while exercising. When I remove the module from the housing, I can still see what the camera is filming on the screen of the housing. The quality of the screen is not as good as when the module is simply in the housing. The image stutters a bit and looks less sharp. The videos that I make this way are still sharp and smooth. The box also contains a chain on which I hang the separate module. This works with a strong magnet. For example, I hang the module on my chest while skiing. I put the chain under my jacket and hang the camera on the front. Please note: the thicker your jacket, the less well the magnet works.

Selfie screen There is a tiltable screen on the back of the housing. I find this useful when I record a vlog, for example. I can clearly see what I am filming on the selfie screen. If I want to take it with me while snorkeling, I only use the separate module. The housing with the screen is not waterproof.
