1st PCIe port not working

The product works, and I needed a motherboard quickly. Unfortunately, one PCIe port doesn't work for an RTX 4070. The second slot works, is a bit slower, but doesn't affect my workflow. Unfortunately, the warranty is poor because you're without the motherboard for several weeks, so I'm not using it.
