Step 1: disassemble the milk reservoir
1: take the milk reservoir from the machine and remove the lid 2: remove the milk spout and intake tube by pulling them 3: rotate the froth control dial to 'insert' on the left and remove the dial by pulling it upwards.
Step 2: clean the parts
1: wash all parts of the milk reservoir with warm water and a mild detergent. 2: check if there's milk residue in the cutouts in the sides and front of the froth control dial. Scrape it clean with a toothpick. 3. Clean the inside of the froth control dial and the opening of the connection of the milk frother under running water. 4: check if there's milk residue in the milk spout and intake tube
Step 3: assemble the milk reservoir
- Attach the dial and align the arrow on the milk system with the text 'insert'
- Place the milk spout and intake tube back
- Put the milk reservoir back in the machine and put the lid on.
