Want to thank someone or make them happy with a gift card? You can choose from varying amounts and use the gift card to pay for all purchases from our assortment. The gift card contains a unique Coolblue discount code that you enter under 'Exchange gift card' in the checkout. The value of the gift card is automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.
Note: is the gift card a gift for someone else? Don't unzip the flat package before you give the gift card to that person.

How much is on my gift card?
Did you receive a Coolblue gift card with 19 digits? Use the balance checker to see the value of your gift card. Did you receive a gift card code with 12 characters and want to know the value? Enter your gift card on the payment method page in the checkout.
What's the expiration date of my Coolblue gift card?
Gift cards with 19 digits (starting with 6064) are valid for 5 years from the day they were purchased. Do you have a gift card with 12 characters? These gift cards are valid for 3 years. You can find the exact expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
With which gift cards can I pay?
You can pay right away with the Gift Box, the Coolblue gift card, and the DE cadeaukaart both online and in the store.
Can I return a product that was bought with a gift card?
Yes, we won't refund the money on the gift card, but we'll convert it to shop credit in your account.
Can I also use product-specific gift cards, like the laptop or PlayStation 5 gift card, for products from a different category?
Yes! Our gift cards aren't limited to 1 product category and are valid for the entire Coolblue assortment. So for example, you can buy a fridge or vacuum with a laptop or PlayStation 5 gift card.
