The Trust GXT 721 Ruya Pro is a wide gaming chair with a sleek look, good features and a handy, built-in backrest. The neck cushion can be inconvenient, but I can easily remove it.
Easy installation
The box contains all the parts of the chair. I also find a bag with mounting materials. That is handy, because then I don't use any other tools. Note: the manual is well hidden. I only find it in step 6, in the plastic near the backrest.
Handy functions
The chair has a built-in backrest. I adjust this to my liking with the rotary knob on the side of the backrest. This makes my seating comfort a lot better. I notice the difference immediately. Long gaming sessions are more comfortable because of this. The chair also has a tilt lock. This means that I don't put the chair completely upright, but also a little backwards. This applies to both the backrest and the seat. The chair also has a neck cushion. For me, the neck cushion is handy, but if you are a bit smaller, it can be inconvenient. The cushion is quite high on the backrest, so I can't adjust it any further down.
Wide chair
The seat of the chair is very wide. That's nice, because it gives me a lot of space. I think the armrests of the chair are far apart. This makes it harder for me to rest my elbows on the armrests, even when I adjust them. I adjust the armrests in 4D: in width, depth, height and they are rotatable.
Comfortable chair
After I adjust the chair completely to my wishes, it sits more comfortably. At first the chair feels a bit hard, but after a few long gaming sessions I notice that the chair becomes softer. This may be because I'm used to a different gaming chair, which has more foam padding. The width of the seat and the backrest makes this chair suitable for almost every gamer.
