Our old Jura Ena 4 was due for replacement. So it was high time to look for a new Jura. Because my wife loves her latte macchiato, it had to be a model with a milk frothing function. We ultimately chose the Jura E8, and we don't regret it!
From the very first cup, you get perfect coffee.
Of course, it was easy for us, since we already had a Jura coffee machine, so the settings were almost identical.
Delicious, beautifully full-bodied coffees with lots of character, beautiful layers of foam, and above all, a quiet machine.
We also found the drip tray for both the coffee grounds and the rinse water very convenient. It's very large and easy to clean, so no endless scrubbing to get everything clean.
Speaking of cleaning, those cleaning trays—you fill them with water and tablets—are super handy, and the machine cleans itself. No more messing around with the drip tray, which just barely fits underneath, and having to empty it halfway through the program every time.
Overall, a very pleasant machine for making a good cup of coffee right from the start. Very easy to use and a handy menu with cups on the side of the screen. Much better than the previous touchscreens!
The only drawback I found was that the water reservoir is quite large and not easy to place under a faucet.
